At BandanaBark.com, we offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.—no minimums, no hidden fees. Each bandana is custom embroidered with care, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

  • All bandanas are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production before your item ships.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on location and shipping volume.

  • Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after your order is processed.

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Area

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been shipped.

  • If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at orders@bandanabark.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns

  • Because each item is custom embroidered, all sales are final. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more information.
